You can choose from almost 500 pools, ranging from local public pools to those in hotels, leisure centres and luxury health clubs. And the promotion runs until the end of November.

- Your promotional code (if you've been given one)
- A printer if you'd like to print your swimming vouchers (don't worry if you don't have a printer, we can post your vouchers to you)
- Your favourite swimming costume

CUSTOMER TERMS & CONDITIONS – 3 FREE SWIMS
British Gas will issue its customers with 3 separate vouchers for up to 2 adults and 2 children to swim for free on 3 separate occasions over a 30 day period.
- You must be a British Gas residential energy customer to receive a swim voucher.
- This promotion will end on 30th November 2010. Vouchers can not be used after this date.
- You will need to submit your name, address and email to receive your vouchers.
- Three vouchers will be issued to you at the same time. You will be able to print your unique swim vouchers yourself or request them to be sent to you by post.
- Your first voucher will specify the first swim date you have nominated. Your second and third vouchers will not specify a swim date but will have an expiry date 30 days from the date of your first swim. Please note that some of the pools have limited availability and require you to book your second and third swim with them in advance. Your confirmation email and vouchers will tell you whether you need to book in advance.
- We have an online pool locator tool for you to locate the participating pools in your area and select the pool where you would like to redeem your swims.
- Public swimming sessions may vary from pool to pool. Please contact your nominated pool for swim schedules and any other enquires. Pool terms and conditions apply regarding entry, age and use of the pool and facilities. Pools reserve the right to refuse entry.
- Your personal information will be shared with your nominated pool for the purposes of honoring your vouchers. You may be contacted by your pool for marketing and promotional purposes. Your pool will contact you directly to ensure that you agree to this.
- We may use the information you provide to us to update our existing data records. Use of your information by us will be strictly in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. For more information please see your Privacy Policy which can be found at britishgas.co.uk/privacy-policy.html
- The vouchers issued to you cannot be exchanged for cash and are non-transferable.
- We cannot accept responsibility for the quality of service that you experience at your nominated pool. Any issues should be resolved with the pool direct.
- Swimmers swim at their own risk and we cannot be responsible for any injury.
- Vouchers are subject to availability and we may withdraw or change the offer at any time.
